It's almost hard to believe that Sawyer is one month old today. Time really has gone so fast, too fast really. Sawyer has become much more alert and will occasionally crack a smile in response to us. Overall he is a happy and easy going baby.... only crying when he is really hungry or just wants to be moved or held. This past month has been so amazing, yet the most challenging in my life. The lack of sleep is unreal. No one can prepare you, even working overnight shifts for years on end. I fully understand the saying, "Sleep when he Sleeps now," kinda live by it at the moment.
Even with no sleep I couldn't be happier in watching my little soy sauce grow. Seth and I are so in love and are enjoying every moment with our son. He has already experienced a few firsts. First time at the beach, First dinner out and first outing with just Mommy. From one day to one month, Sawyer has already changed so much. Here are a few pics from the past two weeks.
